We may record, names, pick up addresses, destinations and telephone numbers, number of children on a booking. These details are recorded securely on our Taxicaller online booking system.
We do not store information regarding payment by card either by credit or debit cards.
Please be aware that when booking on our passenger app these systems maybe collecting information about you and you should check the respective policies of these sites to see exactly how they use your information.
By booking with us you opt in to receiving automated real-time text notifications of the status of your booked taxi using your given mobile number.
We do not pass data on to third parties unless it enables us to perform the services requested by you. Booking data is used securely by our operations staff for the purpose of providing the taxi service. Operations staff include drivers who have been trained and supervised in handling personal data. There is a stringent Data Protection Policy in place that complies with current GDPR guidelines.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005. A small fee could be chargeable.
