2) Any claims arising from invoices must be made within seven working days of receipt of invoice.

4) By submitting this application, you authorise Domino Cabs Ltd to make inquiries into the banking and business/trade references that you have supplied.
5) GST (if applicable) will be charged at the rate as laid down by the States of Jersey Income Tax Department.
