The new owners are proud to be at the head of the Domino Cab family. Since taking over in September 2020 they have already made some customer improving changes. The office conversation to a computerised booking and dispatch system is the biggest change the company has seen since its 1nception in 1990. Improvements are still ongoing and customers are already commenting they have seen improvements. The messaging system in particular is a favourite. There is more to come so keep popping back as we will continue to make customer service improvements.
